The Museum of Military History is currently in the middle of a phase of restructuring the content and organisation of individual collection areas. At the moment, the oldest exhibition halls covering the period from 1600 to 1800 are closed for an extended period due to renovation work. Work is also underway until spring 2026 to reorganise the collection area from 1938 - 1955.
Due to these restrictions, reduced admission prices will apply to all visitors from 1 April 2025:
Full price: €3.50
Reduced admission: €2.50
In order to still offer the most comprehensive visitor experience possible, the opening hours of the Panzerhalle will also be extended: from 1 March, it will be possible to visit from Thursday to Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm.
Our other display collections and state rooms are still on show:
- Hall of Revolutions
- Radetzky Hall
- Franz Joseph Hall
- Sarajevo Assassination Hall
